Sam Osborne 

Raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Sam moved to Chicago for college in 2009, where he attended Loyola University of Chicago to receive both his Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree.

Sam became an attorney because he genuinely wanted to help people. He realized that people who understand the law have the cultural capital to make a change. 

He has experience in trademark registration and licensing, regulatory and administrative compliance, warranties, share and asset purchases, operating and shareholder agreements, drafting and negotiating agreements, and other transactional matters.
